LiteCloud Master Services Agreement (MSA)
Welcome to LiteCloud’s Master Services Agreement (MSA). This Agreement outlines the standard terms and conditions that govern all LiteCloud products and services, including Internet, Cloud, Managed, and Professional Services.
By signing a LiteCloud Sales Order or Service Order that references this Agreement, you agree to be bound by these terms. This MSA, together with your signed Sales Order, forms the complete contract between you (“Customer”) and LiteCloud, Inc.
LiteCloud may update this Agreement from time to time. The most current version will always be posted here, and will apply to any new or renewed services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
