LiteCloud’s operates out of several Tier4 carrier neutral datacenters. We work with several state-of-the-art facilities that provide the network access, power, redundancy, and operations to serve our customers. Additional features and specifications include:

• SAS70 Type II and SSAE Type II audited
• Silent alarm & fire detection with automatic notification of officials
• Redundant Power Systems
• N+1 redundant electrical design and distribution
• Automatic switching from primary to back up power supply
• Single and three-phase power
• PDUs have single feed from independent UPS
• Cummins generator(s) 48-hr onsite fuel supplemented with refueling contracts
• Environmental Controls
• Redundant HVAC units with temperature set at 70 degrees +/- 4 degrees
• Humidity control system in HVAC units, set at 47% +/- 10%
• Multi-zoned, dry-pipe, dual interlocked pre-action fire protection system
